Return Guidelines:
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to health code regulations, the Strap’n’Fütmitt™ mobility tool must be unworn and returned within the original packaging and the inner seal unbroken.

We will notify you by email when we have processed your return / exchange. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit / debit card used for the purchase.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is an error on our part. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unopened and unworn.

How to return your purchase:
Please send an email to: customerservice@functionalevolution.com.
We will provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization Number) along with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You must have an RA# in order to receive any credit that you deserve.

Note that Functional Evolution, Inc., may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines.
